One of the things you can do after you become mayor, is sit in your chair and set up a town ordinance. What do these ordinances do? I'll tell you.


Beautiful Town Ordinance
People who want a nice and neat town should choose this ordinance. It makes it easier to keep your town looking great. What does this ordinance do?

• Weeds appear less often
• 20% higher chance of hybrids spawning
• Villagers plant and water flowers more often
• Environment is not affected by time traveling
• All cockroaches will not appear (including the ones you can catch)

Early Bird Ordinance
In an early bird town, villagers and shops are active earlier than usual in the morning. What does this ordinance do?

• Villagers wake up earlier
• Shops open earlier

Night Owl Ordinance
In a night own town, villagers and shops are active later than usual at night. What does this ordinance do?

• Villagers sleep later
• Shops close later

Wealthy Town Ordinance
This town ordinance is for people who want to make bells quickly. It allows the player to sell everything for a higher price. However, with this ordinance, shops will also sell items to you at a higher price. What does this ordinance do?

• Shops buy and sell items for 20% more bells
• More medals are received for tours on the island
• There will be two items on the list outside of the Re-Tail instead of one
